The Cold Summit project recently faced a few challenges due to very low water pressure. To address the issue, we collaborated closely with the General Contractor (Primus Builders, Inc.) and the vendor (JMP Builders) to develop an effective solution. The plan involved installing a Booster Pump Package on the incoming water main, ensuring sufficient pressure and flow to the rooftop Mechanical House. This upgrade enables all mechanical equipment to operate efficiently and reliably.
