TA Woods leads our construction projects by managing all aspects including estimating, design development, strategic planning, critical path scheduling, procurement, and administration.

History
TA Woods began in 1991 as a family-owned small contractor working on commercial and industrial remediation sites. Through long days of hard work coupled with fortitude, we have created a company that is an integral part of North Carolina’s construction industry.
In 2021, Ascension Properties acquired TA Woods. We entered a new chapter of growth, while retaining the core values that have made it a trusted name in the Cape Fear region. Ascension, known for acquiring companies with strong local brands in thriving markets, provides strategic fiscal and logistical support that strengthens TA Woods’ ability to serve its clients. This partnership has created a powerful synergy that directly benefits the general contractors TA Woods works with.
