Attention Vendors, Subcontractors and Manufacturer Representatives:
Addendum 02 and Clarification 02 were just added, and the bid date still remains tomorrow 8/27. For quoting purposes, be sure to review the construction milestones and anticipated construction schedule in Clarification 01. As you will see, the bulk of the plumbing and mechanical work will be taking place in 2026 and 2027. So commitments will be made and PO’s issued in the next 6 months, but most equipment, fixtures and materials will not be released for quite some time.
The GC has already informed us that there will be NO escalation language or allowance. So please quote your products and/or services accordingly NOW.
